How do I login? After you create a profile on World-Brides.com, you receive from us an email with your login details.To login, you click the “Login” link in the main navigation menu at the top of the home page, then enter your username and password in the boxed and click the “Login” button. If you are not a member yet, please click here I forgot my login details Go to “Login” page, click the “Forgot password” link, enter your email address you entered when you signed up and then “Send” button. Your login details will be emailed to you. If you don’t receive this email, first check it hasn’t gotten to your “Junk Mail” or “Spam” folder. If you still need help, please contact us How do I cancel my profile? If you no longer wish to keep a profile on World-Brides.com, please, contact us or simply hide your profile. What is the profile and photos approval process? Your profile is active as soon as you sign up and fill it out. Photos are reviewed and approved by us. This process is usually completed within 24 to 48 hours. WARNING! Profiles and photos with offensive content are deleted from the site by our administration. How do I change my email address? To chance you email address, please, login. In the user panel go to “Edit/View My Profile/Photos” How do I add a photo to my profile? After you logged in, go to “Edit/View My Profile/Photos”. Click on “Photo”. The photo you upload here will be the main photo in your profile. If you would like to add more photos, click on “Upload More Photos”. On this page you can also create your photo albums. If you have problems uploading your photos from you account, please, email them to support@world-brides.com and we will add them to your profile. How is my Payment Data Kept Secure? World-Brides.com does not process credit cards itself and uses a third party for all payments. Your contact and credit card details that are necessary for billing purpose are provided by you at a separate website via secure server. Our payment system, 2CO/Paypal, utilizes state-of-the-art Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocols for your protection. What is your Refund Policy? If you are not completely satisfied with the service then please contact support@world-brides.com and let us know. If we are not able to fix the problem to your complete satisfaction, then we will refund your membership fee or credit additional time to your membership. **** There are no partial refunds for unused time. We will only issue a refund for unused time if you have not began using our service and have not initiated contact or received contact from other members. How to report abuse? Please, contact us to report any members who have been offensive, asked you for money, etc. Please, provide as much details as you can, including username of this member, copied mail or chat message to help us with investigation. |
